The Oyster Barons is a dream brought to life by two brothers (Nick & Jeff) who share a passion for exceptional oysters and a damn good time. With a commitment to quality and attention to detail, we promise to deliver an unforgettable oyster catering experience tailored to your needs. Our journey began in 2015 with a love for the sea's bounty while working in Connecticut's oyster bar industry. Ever since, a desire to share that passion with others has lead us to create memorable moments through our craft with family & friends. From sharing those experiences, we wanted to turn our passion into something for all to enjoy. We source our shellfish locally and from highly saught after east coast locations known for providing exceptional quality.
